After you have created you Squidoo Lens, you next task is to edit and publish it! I am going to show you some simple steps to get your lens publish in 30 Minutes!

1. Logon to Squidoo with your ID and Password. You will come to your Squidoo Dashboard Page. Select the Lens you wish to edit and Click on the “Edit” link.

2. On the right hands side of your edited lens, you will see “My Bio”, click on the Edit button, and start to put in information about yourself. You can also upload your own photo or any image file from here.

3. On theleft hand side, a “Introduction” section with your Squidoo titles is ready for your editing. Put in your contents and you can change you Squidoo titles from here. You can also insert an image in the introduction section (not more than 1MB). Click on the “Save” button on you are done with your editing of your introduction section.

4. If you click on the “Publish” button on the top right hand corner (next to “My Bio”) now. You will be getting the warning below. If you wish to continue publish your lens, you lens won’t be included in the Squidoo search results; that mean, your lens won’t get to view by rest of Squidoo Lensmaster. So you will need to continue your work to add more contents to the lens by following the next step.

5. You will need at least 3 contents modules (except the “Introduction” section) to make your lens in the Squidoo search results. Click on the “Add Modules” button on top the Introduction section and add 3 “Text/Write Module“(last option in the page). Click on the “Save” button to return to your Lens editing mode.

6. You will see 3 Text Modules appear on the Lens editing mode, click on the “Edit” button and start to put in a titles, subtitle and contents. The only restriction is not more than 2500 characters are allow to enter in each Text Module.You can also add an image into each Text Module. Once you are done with the editing of each text module, click on the “Save” button to save it.

7. Once you are done with the editing, you are ready to publish it and you will have your first lens up! You can view my example of a simple Lens from here.
